About us
Hi, I'm Jože and I'm a candidate for IFMGA mountain guide, Slovenian mountain guide ZGVS, ski instructor, guide and canyoning instructor SOZS, Slovenian whitewater rescuer/instructor, kayak instructor and paragliding tandem pilot, a real all-rounder. I live in Bovec, on the sunny side of the Julian Alps in the Soča Valley, where you can do all the outdoor activities you can imagine.
I love the mountains and I do all the sports that these beautiful mountains have to offer. I've been a professional guide for the last 14 years. I started with kayaking, canyoning, skiing and continued my career as a certified mountain guide and tandem paragliding pilot.
In all my years on the waters, mountains and skies of Slovenia, I've gathered tons of guiding experience. I'm happy to share it with you! I always approach every discipline with a safety mindset. When I see my guests stunned by the beauty of nature or watch them overcome their own self-limiting beliefs, I am filled with satisfaction and remember why I do what I do.
Life begins when you step out of your comfort zone. The result is priceless. For me, a rich person is someone with a lot of experience and good memories. Come and collect something with me!
